While studying in Mexico for three months, I created a complete redesign of Pedro Páramo by Juan Rulfo, one of the most important pieces of literature in Mexican history. The illustrations were compilations of my own photographs, reflecting the conflicts the main character encounters, while juxtaposing a modern day relevance to the story.
